Abstract: This paper mainly discusses about divorce property disputes on the basis of Article Ten of Interpretations of Marriage Law (Ⅲ)，focusing preliminarily on how to improve the implementation of it by striking balance among the spirit of the law，the social division of labor and physiological differences between the male and female. Suggestions are presented for women in marriage about how to protect their property rights under regulations of the new interpretations.
