Abstract:

Crimes in oil and gas sector is becoming increasingly serious，which is due to unfair distribution of social resources，inadequate management system in oil and gas sector，local protectionism and inadequate laws and regulations.Integrated and comprehensive efforts are needed to prevent and deal with crimes in oil and gas sector.Social environment should first be improved so that resources are distributed in a more reasonable way.Secondly，management system should be reformed for oil and gas enterprises to establish a harmonious relationship with local governments.The last suggested measure is to further complete relevant laws for more severe punishment against crimes in oil and gas sector.
