Abstract: Revising and improving the "Supervision Law" is a major deployment made by the Party Central Committee with Xi Jinping as the core, and an important task of reform proposed by the Third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China. Supervision suggestion, the new supervision mode introduced by the reform of the national supervision system, is a kind of statutory supervision power, matter supervision power and flexible supervision power by nature, and plays an important role in treating both the symptoms and root causes in "anti-corruption" and "building a clean government". However, in actual operation, there are problems such as unclear scope of application, non-standard procedures, unspecific content, unsmooth post-event relief channels, and insufficient implementation, etc. To improve the legal system of supervision suggestions, we must closely follow its legal attributes, aim at problems, further standardize the examination and approval procedures of supervision suggestions, implement the interactive consultation mechanism between supervisory organs and suggested units, improve the accountability procedures for supervision implementation, and speed up the training of professional and inspection and supervision cadres with compound abilities, so as to highlight its value in deepening the treatment of both symptoms and root causes, and to constantly push forward the reform of the supervision system.
