Abstract: In order to advance migrant workers' well-being and their work performance, and to reduce the turnover, we collected data through a survey among the workers in some enterprises in Urumqi and Changji. The SEM(Structural Equation Modelling) is applied to the study of factors influencing migrant workers' well-being at work in Chan in the following 5 aspects:working hours, wage levels, social environment, learning and development and administration care. The results show that learning and development, social environment have the most significant positive influence, followed by administration care and wage levels, and working hours has no significant effect. For constant rise of migrant workers' well-being and their work performance, enterprise management should provide more professional training, enrich leisure time activities, and give more respect, care and support to migrant workers.
