Abstract: With government emphasis on the new-type urbanization, related information construction projects have been developed rapidly, and achievements have been made in network applications, transmission channels and network users. However, the digital division between urban and rural areas continues to exist. In this paper, we collect some typical new-type urbanization information network applications, and through analysis of those applications, we find the existence of the phenomenon of "information island", the one-way flow of information, the relatively low quality of project construction and maintenance, and the risks of information security issues. In order to promote the information construction in rural areas, the above problems must be solved.
