Abstract: Professional personnel are the backbone of enterprises,so it is quite necessary to properly evaluate their value. According to the nature of their work,we take their past,present and future performance in work into consideration,and get the comprehensive evaluation factors by using the threedimensional comprehensive evaluation method. On this basis,we establish the econometric model for professional personnel evaluation. The value of professional personnel includes: total cost of current investment,new value created currently,value devoted of human resources,bonus rates of professional posts and the comprehensive evaluation factors. This model can provide a method for the evaluation of professional personnel and a scientific basis for the establishment of incentive mechanism.
