A Study on Quality Evaluation of FDI in China’s Petrochemical Industry

As the great pillar of China’s economy，petrochemical industry has been regarded as a key area of foreign investment. With the all round，wide ranging and multilevel investment，foreign direct investment (FDI) has played a more and more important role in oil or petrochemical projects. Indeed，China’s petrochemical industry has been directly or indirectly influenced by the investment scale，R&D，capital structure and regional distribution of investment of multinationals. With the economic globalization，FDI quality is closely related to the sustainable development of China’s petrochemical industry. Through the definition of FDI quality，this paper probes into the influencing factors of FDI quality in petrochemical industry. Then，this paper evaluates FDI quality in petrochemical industry with AHP GRAP for the purpose of making scientific evaluation of FDI quality in petrochemical industry in China.

Aging problem is related to national interest and people’s livelihood. The rate of population aging in China is quickening with a large number of senior citizen population. However，the community awareness and capability of oldage pension are not strong enough，which pose a huge challenge to the medical and health care system. This paper explores from three aspects new modes of medical and health services to the aging population in cities，and offers related policy advice to promote the sustainable development of urban health care system.

The prominent contradiction between supply and demand of urban and rural construction land has been solved to a certain extent by the issuing of the Administrative Measures of Increasing and Decreasing Construction Land between City and Countryside，which gave birth to the rural community construction. Rural community construction has brought a great impact on the rural society，changing the originally social network，which can be seen in the three aspects of rural settlement form，system structure and cultural value structure. The authors point out that the transformation of the rural society should be carried out step by step with respect and adjustment to traditions and local conditions，so as to avoid structural disturbance brought by too radical changes.

The expansion of VAT has become a major issue of tax reform in 2012，but sales of real estate has not been included in the scope of VAT levy. Based on a summary of the current policy of business tax levied on sales of real estate，the author analyzes the existing problems like fracture of VAT deductible chain and double taxation. And after analyzing the necessity and feasibility of VAT levy on sales of real estate，the author offers proposals like speeding up tax legislation，clearly defining tax base，setting reasonable tax rate and introducing more preferential policies for tax reductions or exemptions and so on.

Social psychology emphasizes the influence of situational factors on social behavior. From the perspective of social psychology，torture behavior is a social behavior caused by the situational factors in interrogation situation. The psychological effects caused by power，the role behaviors of interrogator and the role interaction between interrogator and suspect，the group psychological effects on interrogator and the frustration of interrogator are all the situational factors in the situation of interrogation that can cause torture behavior. Analysis of the common situational factors that caused torture from the perspective of social psychology provides a new idea and direction to the research of torture behaviors in interrogation.

Public crisis management has always been an important topic in social governance research，and it relates to the stability and development of our socialist country. At the primary stage of socialism，the legal system in China is not perfect，active rule of man is necessary to a certain extent，although China is continuously moving forward in its socialist legal system construction，and public crises are managed by strictly following the law. The ideal state of public crisis management is comprehensive rule of law，but in the realization of the ideal，the rule of active man is a useful complement. The implementation of the rule of active man requires very high leadership qualification of individual leader and legitimacy and great accountability of government.

The paper explores the causes of the variation collocation of modern Chinese measure words from the following perspectives: 1) the multidimensional features of the object，2) the large number，the dense additional shades，the strong ambiguity，and the ample spatiality of the measure words themselves，3) the features of the Chinese characters，4) the linguistic typological features of the Chinese language，5) the thinking and cognitive features of the Chinese nationality，and holds that the variation collocation of the Chinese measure words is a speech variation phenomenon resulting from the comprehensive application of the Chinese words，phrases，sentences，modes of thinking，cultural psychology，and cognitive and linguistic patterns.

Ancient Chinese attached great importance to issues about past and present. As one of the cultural concepts，the concept of past and present deeply affected their literary ideas and then their ideology of literary theory，which can be manifested in the specific ways such influence worked. The concept of past and present on one hand worked as cultural background for literary criticism as a demonstration of cultural orientation of that age;on the other hand it actually affected the ideology of literary theory as the thinking mode concerning past and present was implemented to the discussion of the past and present of literature. Furthermore，because the concept of past and present and literary theory intertwined on questions about inheritance and development，the concept of past and present inevitably affected the latter at the level of specific contents.

The dimension of meaning focuses on analyzing the values and significance of college students’ participation in political affairs to the political legitimacy，the promotion of harmonious society，the governance effectiveness of governments and colleges as well as the political socialization of students. With the increase of the number of college students and the widening of the gap between the rich and the poor in society，a larger body of disadvantaged college students is emerging in recent years. Their disadvantaged financial backgrounds exert some negative influence on these students so that many of them display self doubt，envy and vanity. Our analysis from the perspectives of society，educational institutions，family background and individuals reveals that all the four factors contribute to the emergence of the psychological and ideological problems of the financially disadvantaged college students. Therefore，we suggest，the solution of such problems be achieved by taking measures from all sides.
