Abstract: After China’s GDP per capita reached the level of middleincome countries，its economy has made a major development，but at the same time，a series of problems has arisen in China. The widening of income gap，frequent disclosure of corruption，social instability，the difficulty in upgrading the industrial structure and slowdown of economic development，bring risks of the “middle income trap” China. Therefore，based on the analysis of factors that may hinder China from crossing “middle income trap”，this paper proposes possible ways out：adjusting income distribution，narrowing income gap，promoting urbanization steadily，establishing an uncorrupted and efficient government，transforming economic development pattern，preventing bureaucracy and adjusting industrial structure and so on.
