The Risk of “Middle Income Trap” in China and the Way Out

After China’s GDP per capita reached the level of middleincome countries，its economy has made a major development，but at the same time，a series of problems has arisen in China. The widening of income gap，frequent disclosure of corruption，social instability，the difficulty in upgrading the industrial structure and slowdown of economic development，bring risks of the “middle income trap” China. Therefore，based on the analysis of factors that may hinder China from crossing “middle income trap”，this paper proposes possible ways out：adjusting income distribution，narrowing income gap，promoting urbanization steadily，establishing an uncorrupted and efficient government，transforming economic development pattern，preventing bureaucracy and adjusting industrial structure and so on.

The implementation of the policy of “combining rural primary schools” is a natural result of the fact that the amount of rural students has decreased sharply and the geographical dispersing of schools in rural areas. After the policy of “combination of rural primary school” is implemented，many problems have arisen: the safety of primary students，the waste of teaching resources，heavier burden on teachers，heavier economic burden of rural parents and the quality of education and so on. In order to make such a good policy fully implemented，we should make better use of idle resources，determine a better and more scientific combination scheme，and enhance the safety education and traffic and food safety for students. In addition，the implementation of this policy should be based on the reality of rural areas in China.

In recent years，disagreement on whether to abolish crime of whoring an underage girl has never stopped. Since its establishment，the law clause has caused increasingly prominent social problems，which arouses a lot of questions. In the criminal law of China，this law clause defines young girls’ consent and fault liability as a differential protection condition，which differentiates this crime with the crime of raping an underage girl. This law clause violates the principles of “children first” and “the best interests of the child” in UN Convention on the Rights of the Child. Singling this crime out hinders development of physical and mental health of young girls involved，and results in negative social environment to some extent. Comparatively light punishment imposed on the criminals takes justice away from criminal law. In order to effectively safeguard the sexual rights of young girls，we should on the one hand include the “crime of whoring an underage girl” into “the crime of raping an underage girl” in legislation，and on the other hand better protect the sexual rights of young girls by means of establishing the juvenile social assistance system and improving sex education，etc.

Government credibility is the core and foundation of the social credit system and the basic requirement of a government ruled by law. At present，the lack of government credibility has caused a credibility crisis in China，and has brought about a series of contradictions between the government and the public. The key reason for such phenomenon is inadequate legal system. The most urgent task at present，therefore，should be perfection of legislation concerning government credibility，which sets specific regulations on government credibility，and improves the relevant supporting mechanism so that government administration can be positively carried out.

In recent years，media intervention in judicial cases，which is represented by media reports on Yao Jiaxin’s intentional homicide case in 2011，has reflected that the media’s exaggerated and even false reports on some law cases has stimulated public sentiment which resulted in an irrational climate of public opinion，and has exerted many adverse effects on the judicial justice. Such reports are actually media trials which is not the purpose of media supervision. In order to form the positive interaction between media supervision and judicial justice，we must strengthen legislation to restrain media trial. We must also improve judicial establishments’ ability to administer judicial justice，media quality，and the quality of the public through a variety of ways at the same time.

According to survey results，the poor quality of economy，education and culture construction，bad environmental facilities，and residents of various origins and other factors are the major reasons for the frequent occurrence of theft crimes and other social problems on the outskirts of the city area，and many of such criminal cases remain unsolved. To solve this problem we need to coordinate forces from all sides and construct a crossover management network. We hold that such crimes can be prevented and harmonious development of such areas can be achieved by establishing and perfecting an omnidirectional monitoring apparatus in key areas，distributing police forces scientifically，developing the urbanization by stages，and by creating a positive mainstream cultural atmosphere.

Targeting the “counterforce” of microblog，this paper makes a systematic analysis of the formation，performance and effect of the force，and offers some strategic suggestions for microblog users according to the mechanism of “counterforce”. Our research shows that microblog enables the “counterforce” to take effect instantly and universally. The more controversial the topic is，the easier it is for the “counterforce” to take effect. The “counterforce” assumes three forms in performance，which are “agenda setting”，“power field reversal” and “majority silence”. Different types of users tend to use the microblog in different ways. For example，influence of star users’ opinions will be relentlessly amplified because of the large number of their fans. However，the too high expectations put on them in turn result in the fact that they cannot express their own ideas freely. The effective measures to get rid of the influence of the “counterforce” of microblog are to reduce the audience expectation，to reduce the opening degree of microblogs，to increase its professionalism，and to reduce the controversial degree of public topic.

While Internet technology promotes economic and social development，it also brings about social risks like network rumors. As the majority of Internet users，college students are exposed to such risks when they enjoy the convenience of the Internet. The analysis of Internet rumor cases in recent years reveals that college students lack the sense of civic responsibility to a considerable extent，which is mainly displayed in their weak citizen consciousness and sense of responsibility，their lack of honesty，and their inappropriate behaviors on the Internet. This paper also explores the main reasons for such phenomenon，which are the characteristics of current college students，network technology，school education，social environment and diversification of culture. We hope that the study can provide for colleges and universities points of reference on how to develop students’ good sense of network moral responsibility.

Based on the corpus of Laos Students’ natural acquisition of Chinese，this paper explores the main types of errors made by Laos Students when learning Chinese multiple attributes，and makes statistical analysis and error analysis of those errors. The results show that the errors are caused by the following reasons: negative transfer of mother tongue，the high difficulty level (fourth level)，complexity of the Chinese language and Chinese proficiency level of the learner etc.

Universities with industry characteristics is an important part of education system in China. The employment of their graduates affects social stability and development. At present，children of the employees with relevant industry in these universities enjoy privileges in employment，which results in unfair employment opportunities. This paper explores the influence of this unfair employment on students from the perspective of school management. Based on the exploration，the authors offer some suggestions for the solution of this problem: providing more effective employment guidance for students，promoting the students’ competitiveness in employment，strengthening the students’ mental health education and ideological and political education. We also hold that universities must understand the exact requirement and trend of job market，and set up scientific curriculum system.
