UPHOLDING THE CONCEPT OF COMMON KNOWLEDGE,COMMON SENSE AND GENERAL REASON IN LAW EDUCATION

Abstract: Law reflects people′s will and interests.The procedure of legislation and the enforcement of law should also conform to common people′s interests,which should be guided by “common knowledge,common sense and general reason”,the basic principle and code of conduct inherited in human history.Up to now,the principles have not been proved wrong.“Common knowledge,common sense and general reason” are supposed to be important values in both legal system and in law education.Upholding the educational concept of “common knowledge,common sense and general reason” in law schools in institutes of higher education helps train legal personnel who can meet the needs of the social development and can improve social harmony.
