Inclusive Leadership and its Effect on Subordinates' Psychological Security——An Analysis of Mediator of HighQuality Relationships

Abstract: High turnover plays negative influences on enterprise management, and may cause psychological insecurity in employees. Previous studies have analyzed the direct effect of inclusive leadership on the subordinates' psychological security, but have not revealed the "black box" of the relationship. From the perspective of relationship coordination theory, this study chooses high-quality relationships as the mediator, focuses on the influence mechanism of inclusive leadership on the subordinates' psychological security. 220 valid questionnaires from 15 enterprises were used for statistical analysis. The conclusions of the study are as follows:(1)inclusive leadership has a significant positive impact on the subordinates' psychological security; (2) inclusive leadership exhibits a significant positive impact on high quality relationships, and on the shared goals, shared knowledge and mutual respect as well;(3) the high-quality relationships, and shared goals, shared knowledge and mutual respect functions as the mediator between inclusive leadership and the subordinates' psychological security.
