Research on the Legislation Incentives of Work-related Injury Prevention

Abstract: The prevention of work-related injury has many social values, but is not economic for employers, researchers and service organizations, so legislation incentive is necessary. The current legal system that encourages the prevention of work-related injury in China has some problems, such as unclear incentive subject, partial incentive object, unreasonable incentive standard, imbalance of incentive methods, absence of incentive procedure, blank incentive responsibility and serious incentive fund limitation. In this regard, we should clarify incentive subjects, broaden incentive objects, set up reasonable incentive standard, balance the allocation of incentive methods, perfect the incentive procedure, clearly stipulate the responsibility of incentive, and strengthen the guarantee of incentive funds, so as to improve the legal system of work-related injury prevention incentive.
