With the development of big data, cloud calculation, artificial intelligence and industrial internet, oil enterprises over the world have made efforts to upgrade their competitive edges through digital transformation. Intelligent oil and gas development and production is characteristic of comprehensive perception, automatic control, trend prediction and optimal decision-making. Digital transformation of Chinese oil enterprises is faced with four challenges:unbalanced hardware infrastructure, inadequate data sharing and business collaboration, inability of traditional oil and gas development and production mode in adapting to digital transformation, and lack of unified standard for the construction and operation of intelligent oil and gas field. A new smart mode of oil and gas development and production can be established through data sharing and integrated collaboration in operation inspection and maintenance, development and production management, research collaboration, management and decision-making.

Researches on super-topic communities often focus on the shared interests, but the communicative value of city super-topic community is ignored. Taking Chongqing super-topic community as the subject, this study makes a text content analysis of the 400 selected microblog samples, and explores the potential of communicating of city microblog super-topic communities, and the triple dimensions of urban communication reflected by micro-blog super-topic mechanism. The analysis shows that as an information network, city super-topic community provides a platform for urban residents to seek social support and communication, with city watchdogs and observers getting involved;as a geographical network, city super-topic community serves to draw a three dimensional outline of the districts and counties;as a network of meaning, city super-topic community brings the city into a community, offering the city residents shared identity of being local. As city in a virtual community, city super-topic community has a strong urban attribute, with the connotation of "multiple integration, space-time balance, virtual and reality inter-embedding, and internal and external connection" of a communicable city.

The 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed to enhance the political function of grassroots party organizations. In state-owned enterprises, emphasizing the political function of grass-roots party organizations is the basic requirement for strengthening the party's political construction and promoting the comprehensive and strict administration of the party, and it is also the realistic need for solving the problem of weak political function, which is conducive to strengthening the party's leadership and promoting reform and development. Since the new era, the construction of grass-roots party organizations in state-owned enterprises has achieved a series of results, but there are still some weak links in the construction of grass-roots party organizations, which fails to make the political function prominent. To effectively enhance the political functions of grass-roots party organizations in state-owned enterprises, the grassroots party organizations need to truly understand the connotation and significance of prominent political functions, to provide cultural support, to ensure mechanism guarantee, and to implement it in practice.

The 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China made rural revitalization a national strategy. Rural revitalization and cultural construction are both important components of the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics, which complement each other and form an integration. Focusing on the coupling relationship and mechanism between characteristic local culture and rural revitalization this study conforms to the trend and nature of rural revitalization and cultural development, and has strong theoretical significance and practical value. Using the logic of the unity of history and theory, we can deduce the cultural dimension of rural revitalization and the correspondence between characteristic local culture and rural revitalization. Characteristic local culture can boost rural revitalization in that the cultural dimension of rural revitalization corresponds to the multiple values in them. In the process of promoting rural revitalization through inheritance, development and embedding of characteristic local culture, it is necessary to adhere to the systematicity and integrity of rural social structure, to establish the comprehensive concept of rural culture and rural revitalization, and to build a systematic mechanism of embedding culture in rural development, so as to optimize the efficiency of rural revitalization.

Rural community forms and maintains depending on the endogenous strength of villages. From the perspective of socialized response to public crisis, this paper studies the spontaneous formation of rural communities in the fight against COVID-19 epidemic, and finds that such rural community is an important form of socialized response to public crisis, and follows an "impact-response" logic:when unexpected public health events bring impact to villagers' lives and property, the villagers spontaneously form rural communities on the basis of common interest, mainstream value recognition and cooperation mechanism support. Although rural community can effectively prevent Novel Coronavirus from attacking villages, it lacks professionals and emotional appeals, and is of weak sustainability. Therefore, by strengthening the cooperation between villagers and the government, strengthening the cultivation of rural grassroots cadres, promoting collective consciousness, enriching community culture, we can promote the efficiency of spontaneous rural community, and create a comprehensive management model of public crisis.

The building of the party system is not only valuable experience for the CPC to survive and thrive, but also an inherent requirement for the strict self-governance in the new era. Since the 19th National Congress of CPC, scholars have carried out extensive and continuous researches on the connotation, theoretical origin, significance and paths of the party system construction, as well as the logical relationship between the party system construction and party construction in other fields. The research results contribute considerably to deepening understanding of party system construction. But problems like narrow research vision, incomprehensive research contents and rigid research method still exist. In the future, the academic circles should broaden their research horizons, deepen the research contents, optimize the research methods, so as to innovate researches on the party system construction and to provide a solid theoretical foundation for promoting the new great project of the party construction in the new era and realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.

The discourse power of network ideology affects the domination power and ideological security. With the rapid development of new media and the emergence of many discourse subjects, the mainstream ideology of the network is faced with adverse effects such as information fragmentation, pan-entertainment of expression, "equal rights" of discourse, and stratification of communication, which weakens the authority of mainstream ideological discourse. Therefore, in order to strengthen the foundation of ideology and regime security and to facilitate the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation, it is necessary to improve the discourse power of Internet ideology, focusing on issues of "who to say", "what to say", "how to say", "to say to whom", "where to say". To solve these problems, we must take measures to establish discourse subject, innovate discourse content, blend discourse media, enhance discourse orientation, and to expand discourse space so as to enhance the discourse competence, persuasion, communication power, cohesiveness, and international influence of network ideology.

The prevention of work-related injury has many social values, but is not economic for employers, researchers and service organizations, so legislation incentive is necessary. The current legal system that encourages the prevention of work-related injury in China has some problems, such as unclear incentive subject, partial incentive object, unreasonable incentive standard, imbalance of incentive methods, absence of incentive procedure, blank incentive responsibility and serious incentive fund limitation. In this regard, we should clarify incentive subjects, broaden incentive objects, set up reasonable incentive standard, balance the allocation of incentive methods, perfect the incentive procedure, clearly stipulate the responsibility of incentive, and strengthen the guarantee of incentive funds, so as to improve the legal system of work-related injury prevention incentive.

Simplifying the style and reasoning of judgment documents is the basic requirement for improving the efficiency of litigation and adapting to the reform of small claims procedures. The uniform format, rigid style, and complicated and lengthy content in currently used judgment documents cannot fully match the small claims procedure, and restrict the reform of the small claims procedure to meet the public needs for efficient justice. To simplify judgment documents and improve the efficiency of litigation, we need first to enhance the professional ability of judges, and to strengthen reasoning and publicity of the rule of law based on informationization construction. By simplifying and innovating the format and style of judgment documents and expanding the application scope of cases without judgment documents, and by improving the judicial supervision over and relief channels for involved parties, we can ensure standardized procedures, simplified format, thorough reasoning, and proper handling, which better serves the reform of small claims procedure and reflects the spirit of the rule of law and social value.

The public health policy on the disposal of the corpse of patients with infectious diseases is not only a medical problem, but also a political problem, which is a test for the governance ability of government. The current legal provisions and administrative regulations about corpse disposal for infectious disease patients cannot fully handle the cases of Covid-19 patients. After the outbreak of Covid-19, corpse disposal of Covid-19 patients in China follows regulatory documents by related authorities, different from other countries, and the design, start and implementation of relevant systems need to be further reinforced in terms of scientificity and legitimacy. At present, efforts should be made in making scientific public health policy to pay respect to individual rights, and to improve systematization and synergy of legal systems for corpse disposal of infectious disease patients, so as to promote healthier growth of public health services and funeral services.

In recent years, China has been making efforts to promote the implementation of fair competition review and strengthened the fundamental position of competition policy. In consideration of the coordination of competition policy and other economic policies, China's fair competition review system has an exception system, which allows policies and measures that have a certain restrictive effect but meet the prescribed conditions. However, due to the abstraction and vagueness of relevant rules, the application of the exception system could be abused or misused, which undermines the effectiveness of the fair competition review system. Although the Detailed Rules for the Implementation of the Fair Competition Review System has been officially promulgated, the application of the exception system has many problems both in terms of entities and procedures. To build a fair competition review exception system that meets China's national conditions, it is recommended to clarify exceptions and restrictive conditions based on the principle of proportionality and subsidiary restriction theory in terms of the entity level;and in terms of procedures, to form a scientific and feasible operating process and supervision mechanism.

In order to cope with the new round of scientific and technological revolution and industrial reform and to support and serve for the innovation driven development, engineering ethics education needs to be integrated into emerging engineering education in colleges, which is a necessary prerequisite for China to move from a large engineering country to a powerful engineering country. At present, however, engineering ethics education in colleges does not correspond to China's status as a large engineering country, with slow progress and overemphasis on technology over science, and without an established engineering ethics education system. Craftsman spirit, originating from China's ancient engineering ethics, is the treasure of Chinese traditional culture and an integral part of the spiritual pedigree of the Chinese Communists. Integrating the craftsman spirit into the engineering ethics education, and strengthening the cultivation of college students' craftsman spirit, will make it an important approach to ideological education in classroom teaching, an important vehicle for morality building and talent cultivation, and an important support for developing into an engineering power, and contributes to establishment of a new engineering ethics education system with craftsman spirit as the cultural core.

As "four histories" are important historical, theoretical and methodological resources, integrating it into university classroom teaching is an effective way and necessary measure to bring their ideological education function into full play. However, the "four histories", mainly used currently as the knowledge materials of the ideological and political theory courses in university classroom teaching, are not widely and effectively integrated into other university classroom teaching. In order to promote effective integration of "four histories" into university classroom teaching, we should systematically analyze the functions of "four histories" in expanding knowledge, inspiring wisdom, and in improving interesting and quality classroom teaching. It is also necessary to determine the discipline logic, development logic and hierarchical logic of the effective integration of "four histories" into the classroom. Then we can better grasp the mainline of the "four histories", stick to its position of a subject knowledge, understand its nature as classroom teaching methodology, and highlight its function as subject teaching tact, so as to further promote the "four histories" education in universities, to create "golden lessons", to promote the progress of teachers and students, and implement the fundamental requirements of moral education.

Community is the miniature and basic unit of social organism. Strengthening the ideological and moral construction, improving social civilization, accelerating the formation of residence neighborhood moral community are the key links to the modernization of grass-roots governance system and governance capacity. From the perspective of neighborhood space, the construction of residence neighborhood moral community needs to take the subject existence as the anchor point, the communication as the spatial element and the "common value" as the target. Currently, the lack of residents' moral-self due to multiple values, the lack of residents' moral communication due to the breaking of spatial integrity, and the loss of residents' moral aesthetics in the context of risk society have become the source of the dilemma in building a residence neighborhood moral community. To aggregate the "strength" of the elements of moral community building, it is necessary to facilitate the return of moral subjects through solicitude to individuals, to inspire moral emotions through neighborhood interaction, and to direct neighborhood moral aesthetics with socialist core values.
