套管扶正器间距计算

摘要: 套管居中是提高固井质量的必要前提和重要条件。本文对斜直、弯曲和变方位弯曲三种井眼条件下装有扶正器的套管柱进行了力学分析,精确考虑了静水压力的作用,研究了套管自身弯曲和套管扶正器受压缩二种变形。用最小势能原理,推导出上述三种情况下套管偏心距的计算式及套管扶正器间距的计算式。

Abstract: Centralizing the casing string in borehole is the importantprerequisite for improving the cementing displacement efficiency. In this paper, the mechanical analyses of the casing strings with centralizers have been made respectively in the straight-inelined and the curved boreholes, and the boreholes crooked with changed azimuth. The action of hydraulic pressure in the borehole is pre cisely considered. Both the deflecton of the casing itself and the displacement of centralizers have been studied.
