摘要: Herschel—Bulkley流变模式是一个三参数的流变模式,它能较好地反映泥浆、水泥浆及高分子溶液等的流变性能,并具有适应范围广、精度较高的特点。
本文从该流变模式的本构方程出发,应用幂级数的展开形式,推导出液体作水平旋转运动的流变规律及其精确的流变参数计算式,同时分析了用一般表达式计算流变参数所造成的误差和影响因素。幂级数的展开式虽是一个近似的式子,但其精确性已能满足工程上的要求。为了提高流变参数的精确性,文中还推证出某一剪切应力的计算公式。

Abstract:

Herschel-Bulkey rheological model is one of those with three parameters. It can properly represent rheological properties of mud, cement slurry and polymer solutions over a wide range and with considerable accuracy. Based on foundational equations of rheological model, and by using extended form of power progression, this paper has derived the rheological law of fluid in horizontal rotation, and its accurate calculating expression. The error resulted from the conventional representations of rheology and the related factors have been analyzed. The extended representations of power progression is only an approximate expression, but it is adequate for engineering use. In addition, a shear-stress formula has been derived for the purpose of more accuracy.
