前置式游梁抽油机主体参数优化的探讨

摘要: 本文从分析前置式游梁抽油机的工作特点出发,按现代优化设计理论和方法对此类抽油机主体参数优化进行了探讨;提出了以降低减速器输出轴净扭矩的最大波动值为设计目标,来确定主体机构尺寸、平衡块重及平衡块偏置角;为不同系列的前置式抽油机主体机构方案拟定和承截能力计算提供合理的参数数据。

Abstract: Starting with the analysis of the working characteristics of a front mounted beam-pumping unit, we discussed in this paper the optimization of main-body parameters of this unit according to the present theory and method of optimum design, we have proposed the design objective by reducing the maximum fluctuating value of net torgue of output shaft in the reducer, so as to determine main-body mechanism size, balance weight and offset angle of balance mass and to make rajah-body mechanism design and calculate carrying capacity for various series of pumping units.
