摘要: 为了了解钻并泵缸套活塞副在运行过程中摩擦磨损等情况,以便掌握活塞损伤的发生、.发展、直至活塞完全失去工作能力的全过程,在我们研制的实验台上对两只活塞作了跟踪观察。通过观察和分析,揭示出活塞在运行中的某些现象,这些现象对进一步提高活塞寿命具有较好的参考价值。文章还介绍了活塞失效机理问题。活塞失效就是活塞丧失了密封能力。在复杂的工况条件下,活塞失效是多种损伤的交叠结果,而影响活塞寿命的根本原因是橡胶材料的密封能力和摩擦磨损性能以及活塞的润滑状态.

Abstract:

In order to study the friction-wear conditions of mud pump'sliner/piston in operation and search out the whole procedure of the occurence and trowth of piston's destructions as well as its failure, the observation of gracking the destructive procedure of two pistons has been made on a test bed developed by ourselves. Some phenomena have been observed which are very useful for prolonging the life of piston, The failure mechanism of piston is also introduced in this paper, The failure of piston is its losing the sealing ability, The failure of piston results from the alternate effect of various destructions under complex operation conditions, The fundamental reasons which affect the life of piston are the sealing ability,the properties of rubber materials and the lubricant state of piston.
