通用减速器传动系统综合设计程序的总体设计

摘要: 本文分析了各类通用减速器传动系统结构单元组成和设计的内在联系,提出了通用
减速器综合设计的总体思想,编制了适用于多类通用减速器传动系统电算综合程序。所
采用的BASIC源程序已在IBM计算机上验证通过。利用它能设计分别由渐开线圆柱齿轮
传动、圆弧圆柱齿轮传动、直齿圆锥齿轮传动、蜗杆传动和三角带传动等所组成的多类
通用减速器传动系统。还能进行同类减速器若干方案的连续运算。它具有综合性、灵活
性、自调性和效率高、用途广、使用方便等特点。

Abstract: The constituents of constructional elements and the interconnection
of design for drive systems of various general reducers are analysed.The
main idea for their design sy nthesis is presented.The synthetic program
counting with computer suitable for them is made up,The adopted BASIC
source progra m has been practiced, proved and passed in IBM computer,It
can be used to design the drive systems for general reducers that consist
of involute cylinder gears,point contact helical gears,bevel gears,worm
drive a nd V-belt drive respecsively.It can still make continuous calcula-
lions of a lot of plans for the same type of reducers, It has the charac-
teristics of synthesis, elasticity, self-adjustment,practicality of higher
efficiency, wider application and simple usage
