多相垂直管流压降梯度“奥氏”法计算程序

摘要: 在自喷井、气举井的生产管理中,编制多相垂直管流压降梯度计算软件和备有一套压力曲线图板具有同等重要的应用价值。从精度上考虑,前者更显优越。 本文介绍目前公认较为精确的,区分流动型态的Orkiszewski计算油管压力分布和井底流压的方法所编成的程序。该程序首先判别各压力区间的流动型态,然后选用不同的混气液平均重度和摩擦压降公式来计算油管内的压降梯度,最后算出各压力区间的深度差。该程序采用迭代法解决了油管内温度分布的问题,从而取得较高的精度。本文还介绍了用分段抛物线插值法由计算机自动读取高压物线参数的程序,可提高运算速度和精度。

Abstract: Organizing multiphase vertical-lift flowing Pressure gradient software and having a set of pressure distribution curves within flowing well and gas-lift well managements have the same importance, but the former is better in accuracy.A software is introduced which uses "Orkiszewski" calculating method.The software judges different flow patterns in different pressure regins and chooses different calculating formulae.The software uses the method of iteration to solve the tubing temperature variation question.
