摘要: 本文通过对一批失效的81/2HP2S, 81/2XHP 3型三牙轮钻头轴承的解剖分析研究(包括宏观分析、金相分析、铁谱和扫描电镜分析),弄清了该类型钻头:轴承,的磨损机理是分层、疲劳、粘着磨粒等磨损、其中以分层磨损和疲劳磨损为主,而粘着、擦伤、氧化、腐蚀出现在磨损后期。

Abstract: Through analyses of a batch of out-of-work bearings of XHP2S, XHP,
tricone bits,including macroscopic analysis,m etallurgical analysis,iron
spectrum analysis and scanning electron microscope analysis,this paper
points out that' the wear mechanism of bearings of this kind of bit is sep-
arating layer wear,fatigue wear, adhesion wear and grinding wear, etc,
Among them,separating layer wear and fatigue wear are basic ons,whe-
reas adhesion,abrasion, oxidation and corrosion occur at the later period
of wear
