摘要:

通过用铁谱技术对钻井泵缸套活塞材料磨损试验及台架试验的监控,同时对在现场所取的工作泥浆中的磨屑进行对照分析研究,发现在钻井泵缸套活塞的磨损过程中所产生的磨屑主要是正常摩擦磨损磨屑、具有疲劳及粘着特征的磨屑以及少量的切削磨损磨屑。这三种磨屑的存在表明这对摩擦副间的磨损是疲劳磨损、粘着磨损及磨粒磨损等所形成的综合磨损。


Abstract:

Having monitored the bed test and the wear test of materials of mud pump s liner/piston by the ferrography analysis technique, and analysed the wear debris in the mud used in the field, we discovered the debris produced during the wear process of liner and piston is mainly the normal wear debris, the wear debris characterized by fatigue and adhesion, and a bit of the cut wear debris. These three kinds of debris indicate that the wear between liner and piston is a composite form of fatigue wear, adhesive wear and abrasive wear.
