钻井泵缸套材料磨料一腐蚀磨损实验研究

摘要: 在实验研究中使用电化学刚试技术和磨损试验方法,实现了磨摘与腐蚀率的同时测量,提出了一种研究磨料—腐蚀磨损的定量分析方法。大量的试验结果表明,在各种介质中,磨损与腐蚀都存在不同程度的相互作用,材料的总磨损量不只是其二者的线性迭加,而产生了一增量:石油钻井泥装介质的增量达材料磨杆—腐蚀磨损总量的20%、左右,碱性介质5%左右,盐性介质
12%左右,而在PH5以下的酸性介质竟达80%左右,此时高格铸铁衬磨性也不能满足钻井工况(HZS地层),故研制陶瓷缸套是有现实意义的。

Abstract: Based on electri-chemical survey technique, wear experimental method
and the improvement of tester and experimental procedure, this paper pre-
sents a quantitative analysis method of abrasive-corrosive wear
by measu-ring and wear corrosion simultaneously.The results from a number of tests show that there exists some inter-
action of abrasive and corrosive in various media. The total wear of
material is not a linear sum but an increment produced.The increment
resulted from abrasive-corrosive interaction in drilling fluid amounts to
about 20% of the total wear, The increment for alkaline medium is about
5%,for salt medium is about 12%,and for acid medium with PH 5 is
as high as 80%.In such a case, the wear resistance of high-chromium cast
iron can even not be qualfied for such drilling condition as HZS formation,
Therefore, the development of ceramic liner is of practical significance,
