摘要: 本文根据多物相X射线衍射定量分析的内标法和外标法原理,经过实验研究,提出了一套X射线衍射全岩分析和地层微粒分析的程序和方法,此方法简便可行,其分析精度完全满足一般岩石学研究和保护油层岩芯测试分析的要求。

Abstract: This paper introduces a quantitative analysis method of mineral components of rock and motes in formation by x-ray diffraction. The principle of the analysis is based on intra-standard and extrastandard equations. The strength factors of minerals are determined in author s experiments. The analysis is simple and feasible, and its accuracy can demand the needs of petrology study and core analysis.
