摘要:

在过平街压力条件下钻进时,增大钻头比水马力能提高机械钻速,但同时泵液力端及高压循环系统易损件及油料费用也随之增加,且动力及传动装差使用周期减短,钻具损坏也频繁。因此,水力参数设计原则是增大钻头比水马力后.提高机械钻速所获得的效益必须大于或等于因水力能量的增加而导致的费用增量.文中介绍了按此原则进行水力程序设计的方法.

Abstract:

The ROP is increased as hydraulic horsepower per square inch of bit is increased. At the same time, the hydraulic end of pumps. the damageable parts of high pressure circulating system,and the expenses of oil fuel are increased while the useful life of equipment and drilling tool is shortened.Therefore, the principle of hydraulic parameter design is that economic profits obtained from the increment of ROP must be equal to or more than those caused by hydraulic horsepower increment.
