摘要:

振荡脉冲射流喷嘴是一种新型高效能喷嘴,通过八个油田的工业试验,取得了明显的经济效益。根据现场的试验资料统计表明,采用该喷嘴钻头与普通喷嘴钻头比较,机械钻速提高35.50-77.00%,单只钻头进尺提高6.70~44.10%。在深井中也取得了可观的经济效益,仅57只试验钻头就节约直接钻井费用80.89万元。

Abstract:

The oscillating-pulse jet-nozzled bit having been tested in eight oil fields,evident economic benefits have been obtained. The penetration rate of an oscillating-pulse jet-nozzled bit has been raised by 6.70一77.60%,and the footage raised by 6.70-44.10%compared with those of a common nozzled bit. The drilling cost of 808.9 thousand Yuan has been saved by only 57 bits tested.
