摘要： 本文拓广了灰靶决策，应用于油田开发方案的评价，可从多个可行方案中选出最优方案。计算简单，优选结果信度高。

Abstract: This paper expanded grey target decision,which can be used in oilfield development program evaluation and choose the optimized program from among feasible programs.Its calculation is simple,and the results chosen are high in reliability.
