摘要: 浸渍合金是冷压浸渍、无压浸渍和PDC钻头制过中的重要材料.本研究表明,在真空浸渍牵件下,用组分比例很严格的Cu-Ni-Mn四元合金,可将浸焊温度降低到1050℃,并具有良好的浸焊性能.

Abstract: Maceration alloy is an important material in the coldpressed maceration, pressureless maceration and PDC bit manufacture. The study shows,under vacuum maceration, the temperature of maceration and brazing may be decreased to 10500C and matrix has good performance of maceration and brazing by using Cu一Ni-Mn一Sn four-part alloy whose ingredient
is very strict.
