直井深抽杆柱设计准则初探

摘要: 油田实践证明,当油田开未进入中后期,或开发深层低渗透油藏,加深泵挂以未堵产率有成效。本文将常规直井中抽油杆柱准静态载荷计算套式加以修正后用于深抽载荷计葬,应用修正的Goodman应力图,导出了组合深抽杆柱设计的理论套式。得到了35Mn2, 40CrMo钢质杆在不同抽汲参数配合下的大女计算结果,通过分析,完善了深抽杆柱设计准则。

Abstract: The oilfield practice proves that in middle and later oil production periods,or in the ex-ploitation of deep,low一permeability reservoirs,it is an effective way to enhance oil recov-ery by incerasing the pump setting, depth. In the paper,the modified formula of calculating the pseudo一static load in a conventional straight well are applied to the calculation of the deep pumping load,and a theoretical modeling is derived for tapered rod string design in a
deep well by the application of modefied Goodman stress diagram. The coresspounding com-puter program is worked out in FORTRAN and the calculating results are obtained of 35Mnp and 40 CrMo steel sucker rods under different parameter coordinates. A rod string de-sign criterion is perfected by the analysis of these results in deep well production with pump-ing units.
