酸化中酸渣沉淀的研究

摘要: 通过定性实脸观察酸渣的生成情况以及定量实验考查酸浓度、铁(Ⅲ)含量对酸渣生成的
影响和互溶剂的防渣情况.实脸结果表明,随着酸浓度的增加,酸渣生成量增大,残酸液较之原酸生成的酸渣量小.并且当存在铁(Ⅲ)时,将捉进酸渣的生成。当酸液中含有一定全的互溶剂乙二醇丁醚时,对于减轻酸渣生成具有一定效果.通过以上研究提出了防止酸渣生成的方法.

关键词: 酸渣, 沥青烯, 酸液

Abstract: Through, the observation of the acid sludges formation in qualitative tests and the inves-tigation of the effect of acid concentration and iron(Ⅲ )content on sludge一forming as well as that of the prevention-of sludge一forming with mutual solvents in quantitative tests,the au-thors in this paper find that the quantity of sludges formed will increase together with acid
concentration and the spent acid will produce a relatively smaller amount of acid sludges than initial acid. They also find the presense of iron(Ⅲ )will reinforce the sludge一forming ten-dencies,but a certain amount of mutual sol_vents(ethyleneglycol dibutylether) in acid will be effective in decreasing the quantity of acid aludges. Accordingly, some approaches have beem
put forward to prevent the formation of acid sludges.
