摘要: 本文简述了层序地层学的意义及经典层序地层学理论的由来,并以层序地层学理论为指
导,结合扬子板块西北缘早志留世法表海级坡环境的特.点,研究了本区层序地层的特殊性,进而指出经典层序地层理论在法表海缓坡环晚沉积组合中并昨完全适合,必须加以补充和修正.本文还讨论了凝缩层在本区的生油意义。

Abstract: Along with the development of seismic stratigraphy,the sequence stratigraphy was founded in the late 1970's and has become one of the branches of interest in geology today.This paper briefly introduces the significance of sequence stratigraphy and the origin of clas-
sical sequence stratigraphica( theory,and studies the particularity of sequence stratigraphy of this area under the guidance of the sequence stratigraphical theory,and in combination with
the characteristics of Early Silurian epicontinental sea ramp at NW margin of Yangtze Plat-form. It further demonstrates that the sequence stratigraphical theory dose not completely
apply to the sedimentary combination in the epicontinental sea ramp environment and needsto be supplemented and rectfied. This paper also discusses the condensed bed and its oil-gas
generating significance.
