摘要:

大斜度及水平井中,水泥浆的失重和气侵规律与直井不完全相同,主要表现在水泥浆的析水量、井斜角、井径及井身结构等因素的影响。零析水水泥浆的失重与气侵主要是胶凝悬挂引起的,而非零析水水泥浆的失重与气侵,除了胶凝悬挂外,井壁上侧形成的自由水槽却是另一个重要因素。研究还表明,在倾斜井筒中,按API常规方法测量的析水是不合理的,而必须将水泥浆装入测量筒,倾斜45°进行测量。

Abstract:

Rules of weightlessness and air cutting in highly derivated and horizontal wells are not the same as in vertical wells, which lies in the effects of cement slurry filtration rate, hole derivation angle, well calibre and well structure, etc. Weightlessness and air cutting of zero-filtrateless cement slurry result from suspended agglomeration, but those of non-zero-filtrateless cement slurry are caused by free water groove formed on the upper wellface as well as suspended agglomeration. The study also shows that the filtration rate of cement slurry measured with API normal method is not reasonable and it must be measured with the measuring tube inclined 45℃.
