摘要: 通过分析价值工程三种方法中存在的问题,提出了相应的解决方法。功能系数法的评分
模型,在评分矩阵中自比评分时既不宜取1分,也不宜取0分;对最适合区域法因为选参数b和
作双曲线图都较麻烦,按与田中法相同的原理,对公式进行了简化,提出了判据k系数,其值的
大小用于选择改进对象,其符号用于表示改进方向,实际运用中则无需再人为选b,也无需作
图。对基点法中的近似基点,首次提出了一种“集合基点法”,将多个近似基点的全体视为一个
集合基点,并提出了其计算公式,以实例进行了计算对比,效果与已有的“平均基点法”相近。

Abstract: This papaer has analyzed some problems on value engineering and presented a set of solutions. Firstly, in funcion scoring process, when one function compares with itself,the function score should be 0.5 point,not the commonly used 1 of zero point. Secondly, the formulate of the most adoptable area method has been simplified as K=F2-C2, K has been used as an indicator for deciding both which runction should be improved and how to improve.Finally, for calculating the multi-base coefficient, a new method named as integrative-base has been suggest-ed.
