石油工程岩石水力破碎特性研究

摘要: 石油钻井和开采作业的对象是地层岩石,水力冲蚀破岩(压裂)又占有十分重要的位置。然而,对于不同物理力学性质的岩石与水力冲蚀破岩的内涵关系和定量指标,还没有进行系统的研究。文中针对这一问题,根据石油工程岩石特征,以岩石物理力学性质为基础,通过理论分析和大量的室内实验研究,把石油工程岩石分为4大类11种。以岩石的抗压强度为定量指标,找出了不同岩石类型的水力冲蚀破碎的定量关系,其水力临界值压力系数在0.172~0.269之间,并提出了石油工程作业的水力压力值的设计计算式,实验得出了水力冲蚀岩石的滞后临界时间,为石油
工程作业提供了理论依据和设计方法。

Abstract: A systematic study was carried out to reveal the internal relationship between physically- and mechanically- different rocks and their jet-breaking behaviors and to establish corresponding quantitative indices. Based on a large number of laboratory tests and theoretical analyses, the petroleum engineering
rocks are divided into five categories and eleven classes according to their characteristics and physics-mechanics properties. The quantitative relationship is established between different rock types and their jet hydraulic breaking, sing the rock’s compression strength as a quantitative index. It is found that the critical pressure factor of hydraulic breaking ranges from 0.172 to 0.269. Formulas of calculating hydraulic pressure values are presented, and the delayed critical time of rock jet breaking isdetermined experimentally.
