成膜(隔离膜)水基钻井液体系实验研究

摘要: 介绍了成膜(隔离膜)降滤失剂CMJ-2—XNJ-1的膜结构特征及其作用效能、机理,和与高效高分子包被絮凝剂JH-1、降粘剂JN-1等复配组成的水基钻井液体系性能。结果表明,CMJ-2—XNJ-1能形成很好的膜结构,由此组配的水基钻井液体系具有良好的流变性和失水造壁性,抑制性强,润滑性好,抗盐性好,抗温及抗污染能力强和良好的保护储层特性。该体系无荧光、无毒性,满足环保要求。

Abstract: The membrane structure characteristics, efficacy and mechanism of a membrane filtrate reducer CMJ-2-XNJ-1 have been introduced. And the properties of the water based drilling fluid composed by CMJ-2-XNJ-1 with cover additive JH-1,viscosity reducer JN-1 have been studied. Results indicate that CMJ-2-XNJ-1 can form membrane structure with excellent performance, and its water based drilling fluid system has excellent flow property, low filter loss and thin cake, strong inhibition, good lubrication, good salt resisting, strong temperature resisting, and anti-contamination and good protection of oil reservoir. The system has no fluorescence and toxicity, it can meet the needs of environmental protection.
