一种新型调驱剂MaDG的研究

摘要: 针对高渗透或高含水油藏,研制开发了一种新型调驱剂MaDG(Macro-Dispersion Gel)。MaDG由低浓度的高分子、成核剂、交联剂组成,为就地自生的一种宏观的分散凝胶体系。通过对MaDG进行粘度、粒径、强度、抗剪切性、抗温性评价,采用电镜扫描分析了MaDG的微观结构,微观模型流动实验研究了MaDG的微观驱油机理。实验结果表明:MaDG依体系浓度不同视粘度为200~400mP·s、粒径1~5mm、转变压力0. 35MPa(主剂浓度1000mg/L),适用于温度为30~70℃的油藏;电镜扫描图象显示,其结构是由交联剂将主剂、成核剂聚集在一起的束状结构;其驱油机理以流体转向为主并兼具一定的驱油能力。

Abstract: Aiming at high permeability or high water-cut reservoir,new type of profile control agentMaDG(macro-dispersion gel has been developed. MaDG is consisted with macromolecule, nucleating agent, cross-linking agent and is a kind ofmacro scopical dispersal gel system. The viscosity, granularity, inten
sity, shear resistantand temperature resistantofMaDG has bee estimated. At the same time, themicromechanism ofMaDG habeen analyzed by SEM and themicroscopic displacementmecha nism ofMaDG has been studied bymicrocosmic model flow experiment. Experimental results show that MaDG′s viscosit changes between 200-400mP·s, 1-5mm forgranularity an 0. 35MPa for translation pressure (concentration ofmain agen is 1 200mg/l) atdifferent concentration. It is adapted for rese voirwith 30-70℃. SEM Image displays thatMaDG′s structur is a sheaf-like onewhich is gotten togetherwithmain agent an nucleating agent by cross-linking agent. Its mechanism of oi
displacement ismainly of fluid steering and it has oil-displace ment function at some extent.
