反应条件对N-酰化壳聚糖性能影响的研究

THE EFFECTS OF REACTION CONDITIONS ON THE PROPERTIES OF N-MALEYL CHITOSAN

摘要: 利用马来酸酐在均相条件下与壳聚糖发生N-酰化反应,制备了系列水溶性壳聚糖衍生物,可为这类衍生物在油田及其它方面的应用提供一定的理论依据;分别研究了反应物摩尔比、反应时间、反应温度以及反应介质醋酸浓度对产物的水溶性、残余氨基百分数(—NH2%)、特性粘数[η]的影响。由实验结果可知:在马来酸酐和壳聚糖氨基的摩尔比1∶2,反应时间为5h,反应温度为20℃,酸的浓度在要1.3%以上可得到完全水溶性的N-马来酰化壳聚糖。通过红外光谱和紫外光谱图的比较确定反应是在酰化反应。

Abstract:

The series of water soluble Nmaleyl chitosan has been obtained in an acid homogeneous solution. And it can be to provide the theory basis for the derivatives applied in the oil and other fields. The effects of the mole ratio of anhydride and the amino group of chitosan in feed solution, time of reaction, temperature of reaction and the concentration of acetic acid on of the derivatives solubility, the percent of remains amino(—NH2%),the intrinsic viscosity ([η]) have been studied respectively. Results have shown that the mole ratio of anhydride to amino group of chitosan in feed is 1∶2, the optimum reaction time is 5 hours, the reaction temperature is 20℃, and the concentration of acetic acid is 1.3% at lest. The chemical structure of the derivatives has been characterized by FTIR and UV spectrum. From the results, chitosan can be selectively acylated .
