一种自生泡沫凝胶复合堵剂的室内研究

摘要:

针对常规泡沫稳定性差,封堵效果有限的缺点,提出了自生泡沫/凝胶复合堵水剂。该体系的生气剂为NH4Cl和NaNO2,凝胶为水玻璃,酸催化剂为一种强酸弱碱钠盐,起泡剂为十二烷基苯磺酸钠,确定出了体系的基本配方为3.0%硅酸钠+2.0%胶凝剂QX+2.5%NH4Cl+2.0%NaNO2+0.5%ABS。利用高温高压反应釜对体系的产气特性进行了研究,结果表明该体系具有延迟产气的特点,在12h后才开始大量产气,体系的胶凝时间长达16h,胶凝后具有一定的抗压强度,可提高对地层的封堵能力;岩芯流动实验表明,该自生泡沫/凝胶体系可有效地封堵含水岩芯,封堵率为88.1%,对含油岩芯封堵效果较差,因而是一种较好的选择性堵剂。

Abstract: Aiming at the bad stability and limited blocking effectiveness of conventional foam system,the self-generated foam gel compound water-control agent is proposed.In this system,NH4Cl-NaNO2 is chosen as the self-generated gas agent,sodium silicate is chosen as the gel agent,acid-catalyst is a kind of Alkalescent-strong acid sodium salt,foam agent is sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate.By means of high-temperature and high-pressure reaction vessel,the properties of self-generated gas system is researched,the result indicates that this system has the characteristic of delayed gas generation,it can react violently after 12hours;the jellification time is 16hours,it has a certain compressive strength after jellification which can enhance blocking ability;core flow test shows that the system can block aquiferous core effectively,the efficiency of shut off is 88.1%,the plugging performance to oily core is noneffective,so it is a kind of well selective water-control agent.
