空气低温氧化原油产出气的爆炸极限研究

摘要:

设计了可燃性气体的爆炸极限测定装置,通过测定其安全性和准确性均符合本实验要求。空气与原油在油藏温度和一定压力下,低温氧化后得到CO、CH4、CO2等气体,根据该产出气的组成配制模拟混合气体,研究其爆炸情况,通过人工配制,对原油低温氧化后产出气中各组分比例进行调节,研究测定了不同压力和温度条件下的被测气体爆炸极限以及最高允许氧含量。结果表明:按照产出气组分比例配制的混合气体,不会在油藏条件下发生爆炸;爆炸极限和最高允许氧含量随温度和压力条件改变而改变,高温低压条件易使混合气体发生爆炸,而低温高压条件混合气体不易发生爆炸;二氧化碳对混合气体的爆炸有一定的抑制作用。

Abstract: A device for measuring explosion limit for flammable gas is developed.The explosion limit for the gas produced after air injection low temperature crude oil oxidation is obtained,and the maximum oxygen content is also tested through changing the gas content.The results show that the gas prepared according to the low temperature oxidation will not explode under the condition of reservoirs,the explosion limit and maximum oxygen content change with the temperature and pressure,carbon dioxide plays an important role in impeding the explosion of the flammable gas.
