摘要: 泥浆泵的凡尔体和凡尔座是泥浆泵上的易损件,为了提高凡尔体和凡尔座的使用寿命,我们试验研究了用等离子喷焊耐磨合金来提高凡尔体和凡尔座性能的工艺。本文通过室内试验分析和现场试用情况论述了凡尔体和凡尔座堆焊耐磨合金及堆焊工艺方面的问题,并列出了现场的试用数据,结果表明等离子焊的凡尔体和凡尔座的使用寿命有明显提高。

Abstract: The valve body and valve cup of mud pump are parts that are easily
to be worn end broken.In order to increase the life-time of these parts,
we studied the technology of increasing the life-time of valve body and
valve cup by ionic welding. On the basis of the results of laboratory and
field experiments the question is discussed on the technology of ionic bead
welding,and wear-resistant alloy for valve body and valve cup,and the
data of the experiments in oil fields are listed .The results of the experi-
menu indicate that the life-time of the valve body and valve cup can be
increased obviously by means of ionic welding.
