摘要: 赫谢尔—巴尔克莱(Herschel—Bulkley)流变模式是一种带静切应力的三参数流变模式,它能表示出常用的牛顿、宾汉、指数流变模式的特性。这种模式用于泥浆及水泥浆,具有适应范围广、准确性高的特点。
本文从该流变模式的基木形式出发,对模式中的流变参数以及与钻井液、水泥浆相关的剪切稀释、携带岩屑等性能进行了讨论,并提出了计算这些流变参数的合理方法。文中还对该模式所反映在各流道中的水力参数作了合理的和近似的简化,得出了较为精确的压降、剪切速率及雷诺数表达式。

Abstract:

Herschel-Bulkley rheological model has a yield-value and three parameters. It can represent the properties of the usually used Newtonian, Bingham and power-law fluids at the same time. Besides, it is widely available and accurate.
With the help of the basic rheological model, in this paper we have discussed the rheological parameters, shear thinning and the capability of lifting cuttings or drilling fluid and cement slurry, and presented some reasonable methods of calculating these rheologecal parameters. By simplifying the hydraulic parameters of the canals, we have derived quite accurate formulae of the pressure drop, shear rate and Reynolds number.
