酸岩反应动力学的试验研究

摘要:

本文使用旋转岩盘试验仪,在高温、高压旋转运动条件下,将四川二迭系阳新灰岩、展旦系白云岩以及大理石与不同浓度盐酸液(现场配方)进行了旋转反应试验研究。给出80公斤/厘米3、60℃、500转/分和1000转/分时酸岩反应系统的反应动力学方程;测出盐酸液与大理石和质纯石灰岩反应的反应级数近于1,白云岩和杂质较多的石灰岩的反应级数大于1。试验证明:温度和转速对酸岩反应的反应级数无影响。用不同沮度下的酸岩反应数据,算出酸岩反应系统的反应活化能为6910卡/克分子。

Abstract:

The chemical kinetics of the reactions of hydrochloric acid with various concentrations on Yang Xin limestone of Permian age, dolomite of Sinian Period from Sichuan, and marble has been studied in this paper with rotating disk apparatus at high pressure and temperature. The kinetics equations for the reactions of HCL on various were established under the following conditions:80kg/cm minerals ,80℃and a rotating rate of 600 RPM. It was found through experiments that reaction indices for HCL reacting on marble and pure calcite are close to a unit, and on dolomite and impure calcite more than one. Experiments showed that temperature and rotating rate did not affect reaction indices .It was calculated from the experiment data that the reaction activation energy for the HGL acid-dolomite system is 8910 cal/mol。
