群钻的数学模型、刃磨方法和计算机绘图

摘要: 群钻具有优越的性能已是人所共知的事实。但是在生产实践中,往往由于缺乏简易而实用的刃磨装置,难于准确地磨出所需要的几何形状和角度。本文的目的在于对常用的几种群钻的几何要素进行综合的分析,给组成钻头切削部份的各表面建立数学模型。在此基础上提出钻头在刃磨时的安装方法和进给鼠的计算方法,为设计刃磨装置(手动的或计算机控制的)和刃磨工作提供依据。本文还对用计算机绘图来研究钻头和群钻作了初步的尝试。

Abstract:

The geometric characteristics of six representative Multifacet Drills (MFD’s) are summarized. Mathematical models of the various component surfaces are derived and analyzed by using coordinate transformations. The mathematical models of the geometric elements are used to deduce appropriate grinding methods. Computer plots of MFD’s are also presented to check the mathematical models and to lay a foundation for future work on Computer Aided Design(CAD) of MFD’s.
