摘要: 本试验针对钻井泵缸套—活塞摩擦副不同的表面硬度和光洁度,对其在摩料磨损
情况下的耐磨性的影响进行3个项目的试验,取得500多个数据。它为摩擦副表面硬度
值和光洁度值要求的最佳匹配方案和在自己设计的综合试验台上的进一步试验提供了
依据。

Abstract: 1'he effect of different hardness and surface finish of the friction sur-
face of drilling pump on its friction—wear property under abrasive wear
is mainly dealt with in this paper with the purpose of finding out the
optimum match for the friction surface with proper hardness and surface
finish according to technical and economic considerations.Fight tests for
the testing rings,;which are made of high—chromium cast iron with differ-
cnt hardness and surface finish,rubbing against the testing blocks,which
are made of Perbunan Rubber with different hardness,are carried out on
MLD—10 dynamic abrasive machine.More than 500 data are obtained,and
a nuwbex of interesting phenomena are also discovered.On the basis of
-tlisr the—gararneters for. designing liners and piskpns are pre-seteH in thus paper.
