摘要: 本文将系统仿真技术应用于以往复泵为核心的整个钻井液力循环做功系统。以该系统为例,讨论了复杂工程的建模方法与混合模型系统仿真器开发方法。系统模型的仿真实验结果与实体系统实验结果吻合,证明了方法和结果的正确性。

Abstract: In this paper, the system simulation techniques are applied to the drilling hydraulic circulating and penetrating system with reciprocation pumps as the kernel. Taking the system as an example, we discuss the modeling method of complex engineering system and developing method of the simulator based on mixed models. The simulating exprimental results of the simulator coincide with the actual experimental results of objective system under the same conditions, thus proving the method and the results to be right.
