地层水锁损害的热处理研究

摘要:

水锁损害就是地层孔道中气液面上存在毛管压力,阻碍油气流向井筒。水锁损害严重影响气藏开发效果,并成为低渗致密气藏的主要损害类型之一,对气藏的渗透能力造成严重的损害。从室内实验的角度,通过高温对粘土矿物性能影响的研究,运用强热对岩心进行热处理,研究其渗透率的变化,得出对水锁损害进行治理的一种实验方法。实验结果表明:运用强热可以蒸发掉束缚水和圈闭水,破坏粘土矿物晶格结构,增加富含粘土地层的渗透率,最终有利于消除或缓解水锁损害。

Abstract:

The damage of water block is that capillary force existing in gas-liquid interface of formation pore passage obstructs the flow of oil and gas. Results studied in worldwide have shown that the water block affects seriously development effects and becomes one type of the major damages for low permeability gas reservoirs. It has resulted in serious consequences. Bench-scale heating tests have been carried out to water sensitive sandstone core to determine the effect of heat on effective permeability. Results indicate that heat treatment can improve the damage of water block. Experimental results show that the intense heat vaporizes bound and blocked water, destroys clay lattices, and ultimately increases the permeability of clay-rich formations, then removes or postpones water block damage.
