水基压裂液聚合物增稠剂的应用状况及展望

摘要: 增稠剂是水基压裂液中的主要添加剂,关系到压裂液的使用性能及压裂成败。目前使用的聚合物增稠剂品种很多,可分为天然聚多糖及其衍生物与合成聚合物两大类,其中胍胶及其衍生物的应用最广。今后应重点开发具有无残渣、低伤害及耐剪切耐高温等性能的变性淀粉、微生物多糖及合成聚合物。

Abstract: The thickener is a main chemical component in fracturing fluids, which is related to the properties of the fracturing fluid and the results of hydraulic fracturing. There are a lot kinds of polymer thickeners in use and they can be categorized as natural polyamyloses and their derivatives and synthesized polymers. Among them, the guar gums and their derivatives have been put
into the most extensive use. In the future the modified starch,microamylose and synthesized polymers should be developed with the properties of non residuals, the slightest harm ,antishearing and high temperature stability, etc.
