摘要: 提出了利用管道水击过程中的正压波确定天然气管道冰堵位里的原理和方法。其原理为当管道堵塞时,在管道首端发出一正压波,正压波沿管道向下游传播遇堵塞物后反弹向首端传播,在管道首端可以获得两次正压波信息,通过采集管道首端压力信号,并利用小波变换法提取压力信号突变信息,获得正压波两次通过传感器的时间差,最后结合正压波波速确定管道冰堵位置。具有所需设备少,操作费用低,操作简单等优点,有着广阔应用前景。

Abstract: The theory to confirm the location of blockage in pipeline which using the positive wave happened in the course of water hammer was first put forward in the paper. When the pipeline locked,a sort of positive wave would transmit along the pipe, we know the location of blockage by analyzing the information of the wave. With advantage of few equipment, little expenses,shirtsleeve operation, this method will be widely used.
