摘要: 本文针对球形份喻琴祈产品开岌与设计中所存在的问题,用相似理论对球形防喻界胶芯的变形现象进行了分析和研究,提出了球形防喻琴的相拟设计准则.同时,在检脸NL-haffer公司的球形防喻琴来列产品时,发现该公司的同类产品由低压向高压产品过渡时,产品的主要设计参数井合本丈所提出的球形防喻琴的相似设计准则.因此,该设计准则可以用于球形防喻琴全新产品的开发与研制,也可以指导同类产品木列中高压力球形防喻琴的设计.

Abstract:

In order to solve some difficult problems in the design of spherical BOP,the author in this paper uses the similitude method to analyse and study the phenomena of rubber core deformation of spherical BOP,and offers the similitude design criteria of spherical BOP.While testing the NL Shaffer s spherical BOP series,he also finds that the design parameters of their preventers from low to high pressure conform to the similitude design criteria.Therefore,the similitude criteria can be applied not only in the design and manufacture of the new type but also in the design of the higher pressure of the same type.
