高速循环十进制A/D转换器的设计

摘要: 为了适应多道信号检测系统对A/D转换器具有高转换速度的要求,本文提出了一种新型的高速A/D转换器的设计方案,用该A/D转换器对一个模拟量进行转换时,可直接得到该模拟量的十进制数字表达式(-9.9999伏~+9.9999伏),也可以得到该模拟量的二一十进制表达式。同时,对它的基本原理、主要电路、转换速度和转换精度均做了较为详细的介绍。

Abstract: A design program of a new typical and high speed analog to digital converter is given in this paper so as to meet the requirement of the fast conversion for the multi-channel signal detective system.By converting an analog with it, the decimal digital expression of analog(-9.9999v+9.9999v)is obtained.The binary digital expression can also be obtained.At the same time, the detailed description of the basic principle, the main circuit, the converting speed and accuracy etc.is presented in this paper.
