采油微生物对地层注水的影响

摘要: 提高注水效果是很多高含水油田巫待解决的问题。生长、代谢在水中的微生物通过降低水的pH值、生物酸的生成等使水的酸性琢强,并增强注水效果。微生物产生的生物聚合物,可增加水相粘度,从而提高波及系数和降低水油比。生长繁殖的菌体和代谢物与重金属形成的沉淀物也形成物理堵塞,起调剖作用,可进行选择性封堵以改变水的流向。细菌进入水驱油层并在油层孔陈的孔喉处产生聚合物,时含水层的孔陈进行有效的封堵,还有助于减少注
水量。

Abstract: To most of the high water containing oilfields, improving the effect of water injection is urgently solving problem. The mi-croorganism which grows and metabolizes in water can solve the problem by reducing the pH value of water and generate biologi-cal acid to enhance the acidity of water. The biological polymer produced by microorganism can increase the viscosity of water
phase, so as to improve the sweep factor and reduce the ratio of water and oil. Meanwhile, the chemical precipitation by the combination of the growing bacteria and its metabolite and heavy-metal may form physical plug, so as to adjust the water injec-lion section, selectively seal the underground water and change the direction of flowed water. The bacteria may get into forma-
lion and generate chemical precipitation in the throats and pores.Therefore,it could effectively seal the pores of water containing formation. Also, it is helpful to reduce the water influx.
